A label can show an illustration of the company logo and product. Additional information like ingredients, weight, best before dates, price, etc. can all be printed onto the label.
The Variolabel consists of the labelling station, the control box and the label transport unit, which is mounted on the longitudinal shift unit. It is easy to clean and plug-in modules offer shorter down times. The longitudinal shift unit allows the precise positioning of the labels on different pack sizes (2–6 rows).
The control box is installed into a corrosion-resistant stainless-steel housing. Programme-specific data, such as film width, number of labels, etc., are entered via the keypads and can be instantly recalled.
Bespoke software for the label design is available.
