VARIOVAC is particularly proud of this award presented by the Industrie- und Handelskammer Schwerin (IHK), as it recognises how much passion VARIOVAC puts into training young people. Among other things, the individual support of each trainee, commitment to early career orientation, activities and campaigns during training, special services provided by the company and many other factors were assessed.
VARIOVAC currently employs 230 people, 22 of whom are trainees. This high number is only possible because our trainees feel comfortable in the company and see a perspective for their future at VARIOVAC. Another advantage for the trainees is that they have the opportunity to familiarise themselves with all areas of the company and gain a variety of impressions of their future careers. The young people are supervised by experienced trainers and, as they move through the various departments, they are also supported by other colleagues in their training. This means that everyone works together.
