We are proud to announce that VARIOVAC has again been awarded as TOP Training Company by the IHK (Chamber of Industry and Commerce) in Schwerin. On April 5, 2023, Matthias Belke, President of the Schwerin Chamber of Industry and Commerce, and Jochen Schulte, State Secretary in the Ministry of Economics, Infrastructure, Tourism and Labour, MV, recognized VARIOVAC as one of the best training companies of Ludwigslust-Parchim.

The support of young talents is a matter close to our hearts. We pay great attention to the quality of our training, support trainees with problems and encourage them based on their individual skills and goals.

VARIOVAC started the vocational training in 2004 with a Mechatronics Engineer. In the following years, the vocational training for Industrial Clerk and Specialist for Warehouse Logistics was added. Today, we also train Technical Product Designers, Assistants for Marketing Communication and Cutting Machine Operators.
