We proudly announce that this year VARIOVAC once again been awarded as TOP Training Company by the IHK (Chamber of Industry and Commerce) in Schwerin.

61 training companies were honoured with the title "TOP Training Company 2024" in a festive setting by the IHK President Matthias Belke and Reinhard Meyer, Minister of Economics, Infrastructure and Labour.

The support of young talents is a matter close to our hearts. We pay great attention to the quality of our training, support trainees with problems and encourage them based on their individual skills and goals.

VARIOVAC started the vocational training in 2004 with a Mechatronics Engineer. In the following years, the vocational training for Industrial Clerk and Specialist for Warehouse Logistics was added. Today, we also train Technical Product Designers, Assistants for Marketing Communication and Cutting Machine Operators.
