After a far too long break from events and festivities due to the pandemic, VARIOVAC was able to unite their employees and their respective loved ones as part of a summer party . On 24th of June 2022, we had a beach party with lots of fun program for our big and small guests. 

For that, VARIOVAC thought of something very special: One part of the parking lot was entirely covered in sand to create the beach feeling (Note: In the interest of sustainability, the sand was used for construction work on site afterwards.) Feet in sand, we were sipping cocktails, ate good food, and watched the kids play on the bouncy castle and riding the rodeo. Those who wanted to get a break from the sun presented their worksite to their kids or spouse in a personal tour around the company. For the kids, there were several paddle ponds available, which were a fun way to cool down in the high temperatures.

Encounters apart from everyday work were central to this day. People had nice conversations over the delicious fries from the food truck, bonded over watching their kids riding the roundabout, and got to know their colleagues more personally in a relaxed atmosphere at the cocktailbar.

We realized once more how important it is to facilitate encounters such as these and to enjoy them - and we are already looking forward to more festivities with our ever-growing VARIOVAC family.
