The IHK Schwerin (Chamber of Industry and Commerce) awarded VARIOVAC as Top Vocational Training Company again for the year 2022. For that, we are very grateful. Assessed were individual support and encouragement of the trainees, commitment in early vocational orientation, activities during the vocational training period, special benefits from the company, and many more factors.

At the moment, VARIOVAC has 282 employees, 15 of which are trainees. The vocational training of young people is very dear to us. The trainees get to know every department within the company and, that way, profit not only from the expertise of their trainer but also from the expertise of their colleagues, whom they meet and work with along the way. Each trainee gets the opportunity for further education during or after their vocational training. That way, our trainees experience special appreciation and there is a high likelihood that they will stay with the company after finishing their vocational training. 

VARIOVAC started the vocational training in the year 2004 with a Mechatronics Technician. In the following years, the vocational training for Industrial Clerk and Warehouse Clerk was added. Today, we also train Technical Product Designers and Cutting Machine Operators.
