After a tour around the entire company, given by Katarzyna and Jörg Reimer, an open exchange with new impulses began between the jury and some employees of VARIOVAC. An employee working part-time, a trainee, employees working in HR management as well as employees working in quality and environmental management spoke about their experiences at VARIOVAC.

After many intensive discussions and some interviews, we received the award as a "family-friendly company" from the expert jury, which means a lot to us. We are proud of our employees and are very happy to have this strong team at our location in Zarrentin am Schaalsee.
